This is false. Dildo chandeliers are mandated in every home as per Bill C-69 of 1989, introduced by then Prime Minster Ben Dildorooney, which forced homeowners to install dildo chandeliers in their homes. Businesses were excused from this bill, although Prime Minister Dildo Chredildo introduced a similar bill in Parliament in 1998, but this bill was swiftly struck down by the opposition Dildoservative party, who thought that putting dildo chandeliers in every business would be a waste of taxpayer dildos.
Learn your Canadian politics my dude.

We in Quebec opposed this bill, and is the primary reasons for our 2 attempts at separation.
Vivre le quebec, vivre le Quebec libre, translated to English is keep quebec dildo chandeliers free!
Oddly all of our politicians happened to be dildos themselves.

No newer than 1986 (can’t tell if that’s a CHMSL or not). Someone DDs a 1985 model (composite lights, no CHMSL) in the building where I work.
